Rob joined the firm in 1998 and currently serves as the President and Chief Operating Officer. As a principle of Lighthouse, Rob is responsible for day-to-day management of the firm. During his long tenure, Rob has transformed the business into a true full-service wealth management firm. Over the years, he has held and supervised nearly every role in the firm, including financial planning, investment management, tax preparation, and business development. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.

As Chief Investment Officer at Lighthouse, Mike oversees the investment management department of the firm. His 20 years of investment management experience is focused on security analysis and portfolio management, as well as high net worth client service. Prior to joining the Lighthouse team, Mike served as an equity analyst and portfolio manager for East West Wealth Management and Bishop Street Capital Management in Honolulu. Mike is a former U.S. Army officer with overseas service in Bosnia. He holds an M.B.A. from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, and a B.A. in Economics & Government from Claremont McKenna College. He is a CFA Charter holder and member of the Orange County chapter of the CFA Institute

Muey joined the firm in 2012, and has since held a variety of roles including client and staff management, compliance support, IT systems administration, human resources and training, and operational oversight. Muey is also a Notary Public. With deep experience and attention to detail, Muey is a fan favorite with our clients. Jayce joined the firm in 2017. As a wealth manager for Lighthouse, Jayce works closely with clients to turn their financial goals into customized strategies. He brings over seven years of experience in financial planning and client service. Prior to joining Lighthouse, Jayce served as a Financial Advisor for NEXT Financial Group, LLC., a Texas-based Broker Dealer and advisory firm specializing in providing investment & financial planning solutions for individual investors. He has also served as a Financial Advisor, and Trading Manager at Lowell Wealth Management, a Broker Dealer and Registered Investment Advisor in Texas that served high net worth clients with financial planning solutions, investment management and alternative investments. Jayce holds a Bachelor’s degree in Personal Financial Planning from Texas Tech University.

Christopher has been educating clients for 14 years and helping them protect and grow their assets through investment management and financial planning. He has previously worked for several large financial institutions in both a managerial and financial advisor capacity and is committed to the fee-only advice model. Christopher received his Bachelor’s degree from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo in Business Administration and received his MBA from Western Governors University, and is CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM and a California Registered Tax Preparer. He has 3 primary business beliefs: Everyone should have a plan in place – goals without actions are just dreams, always adding-value to the client experience, and true success is a repeatable process that is both disciplined and process driven.
